the staff was attentive and friendly, which i like very much. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus had a good choice of foods, that was great. the drinks selection included tea, coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails, which pleased me.
i booked a surprise trip and asked for a bottle of wine and a note in the room, that never happen. i tried to call the hotel, but i was on hold for a full hour, this upset me. the payment for the wine has not yet reached my account, not good.
